Dear participant,

As part of my Master's Thesis in Business Administration at KU Leuven, I am conducting a survey to analyse the intention and motivations to use health apps. This survey will briefly introduce two types of health care apps that are currently available and why you might choose to use them. From this data, I will extrapolate and deduce use patterns and intention to use these health care apps.

You will be asked a series of questions which should take no longer than 10-15 minutes to complete. I ask that you answer the questions honestly, so I can collect the most accurate data possible. The survey will be completed anonymously. The data collected will only be viewable by me and my supervisor. Finally, if you wish to, you can opt out of the survey at any given moment.
