Welcome to our online survey on leadership in cooperatives. This study was set up by the Federal Public Service Economy (FOD) and the Center of Expertise for Cooperative Entrepreneurship (KCO). The KCO is a partnership of KU Leuven, Boerenbond and Cera, and carries out research into the special characteristics and added value of the cooperative model.

 
We want to use this study to better understand the role of leadership in cooperatives.
The survey consists of two parts. This is the first part of the survey which consists of an online questionnaire of approximately 10 minutes.

 
We would like to emphasize that participation in this study is completely voluntary and you can decide at any moment to stop the research, without it having negative consequences. All answers provided will be treated confidentially. That is also the reason we kindly ask you to complete the survey alone, without others looking in. The researchers are obliged by law to keep your answers secret.

Your participation in any case will be of special added value to the research. The results will be used for academic purposes (articles in academic journals, presentations at academic conferences, …), so we can continue working together and helping each other, to make the specific needs, but also the role and added value of cooperatives visible with stakeholders, such as the government and the press. Information will only be presented at an aggregated level and cannot be traced back to individuals cases.
